How would you rate the craftsmen that worked on your LANDMARK HOME?
"It was all overwhelming, but he guided us through it. We were at our new home almost daily, watching the progress and meeting the sub-contractors. I was impressed by every one of them. It was obvious that Rob was careful who he chose, and that they shared his values, and cared about the quality of their work and about their customer. Each sub-contractor I met only made me happier about building with Rob. We had two other neighbors building on the cul-de-sac, each with different builders, and they shared story after story about the problems they were having with their builders, and how the builder was ignoring their calls, or making promises and not keeping them. The horror stories were true after all, but not for us! I started the building process with a large degree of skepticism, wondering how it would go and if I could trust my builder....I ended the process wondering if I could ever go back to a pre-built home."

We enjoyed the building process with Landmark Homes from start to finish. From the design phase with Tim and Jen, helping picking the right home that met our expectations, to the on time building time frames.
