Your Land. Your Vision. A Landmark Home.
From the neighborhoods around Medina to a homesite of your own, we'll help you explore where your next chapter could begin—and how to create a home that belongs there.
Medina Is Home. Your Possibilities Go Beyond It.
Our roots are in Medina, Ohio, and our work extends into surrounding communities across the area shown on our map.
Whether you already have a wooded lot, a rural property, or a parcel closer to town, our first step is understanding your goals and where you hope to build. We can discuss the property, access, utilities, terrain and overall project scope to help determine whether it is a good fit for Landmark.
No two homesites are exactly alike—and that's part of what makes a truly custom home so personal.

A Few Things Worth Knowing.
Every custom home begins with questions. These are some of the most common ones we hear when homeowners are deciding where to build.
Ask us something specific ↗Can Landmark build on a lot I already own?
Yes, building on privately owned land is one path we discuss with prospective clients. We begin by reviewing the location and project goals to determine whether your property is a fit for our team.
What if my property is near the edge of the map?
The map is a general illustration, not a strict eligibility line. Contact us with the property address or parcel location and we can discuss whether the project may be considered.
Should I buy land before speaking with a builder?
It's often helpful to have an early conversation before making a final decision. Site access, utilities, grading, soils, setbacks, zoning and permitting can influence project scope and cost.
Do you only build within Landmark communities?
No. Landmark also considers custom-home projects on suitable privately owned homesites. You can also explore our Medina-area communities if you're still searching for a setting.
Have a Place in Mind? Let's Talk About It.
Whether you already own the perfect lot or are just beginning to explore the possibilities, we'd love to hear what you're thinking and help you understand your next steps.
